Handling and Cooking
Storage
Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened consume within 24 hours. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 3 months. Once thawed do not re-freeze.

FROM CHILLED: Dampen with water and set oven temperature at 180°C / Gas mark 4. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven. 1-2 minutes 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 4.

FROM FROZEN: Dampen with water and set oven temperature at 180°C / Gas mark 4. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven. 2-4 minutes 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 4.
Microwave
FROM AMBIENT: (Category E - 850w) 30 seconds. Dampen both sides lightly with water.
Grill
FROM AMBIENT: 1-2 minutes Dampen with water. Place in a pre-heated medium grill. Turn half way through cooking.
