Wheat Flour (contains Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Nicotinamide, and Thiamin), Dried Onion (12%), Palm Oil, Salt, Onion Powder, Dried Sage (1.5%), Dried Parsley, Raising Agent (Ammonium Bicarbonate), Rice Flour, Sunflower Oil, Barley Malt Extract

Handling and Cooking
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened keep in an airtight container. Best Before End: Base of pack.

Oven cook
FROM AMBIENT: - Pre-heat the oven to 220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas 7. - Place the contents of the sachet into a large heatproof bowl. Add 520ml (18 fl oz) of boiling water, stir well ensuring no clumps of dry stuffing remain and leave to stand for 5 minutes to thicken. - Bake in a greased ovenproof dish for 25-30 minutes until thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. - Alternatively, form into balls and bake on a greased baking tray for 20-25 minutes. Optional - add a knob of butter with the water to add richness. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.
