A delicious, sparkling Rosé with the elegant red fruit aromas typical of the pink wines from the South of France and perfect for any occasion that calls for celebration. Jeany and Stephen Cronk left London to become winemakers in France and this is one of their range of award-winning products.

Vinification Details: The quality base wines are fermented according to the Charmat method at low temperatures for optimum integration and delicacy of the bubbles. The sparkling wine is left on fine lees for a short while before filtration, followed by a pressurised bottling. This sparkling wine method helps conserve the typical fruit profiles of the young and aromatic rosé wines. An extra brut sparkling rosé with a dosage of under 4g/l. Vegan friendly.
History: Founded in 2010, by Stephen and Jeany Cronk, the Maison Mirabeau story is one of following a dream and an expression of their passion for Provence. Renowned for quality, the multi award-winning wines and gin are now enjoyed across some of the world's best venues, as well as being a favourite for athome entertaining.
Regional Information: Our sparkling rosé wine “La Folie” is crafted using the “Charmat Method” (like Prosecco) and is a charming and fragrant rosé fizz.
