Returns Policy 

You have the right to cancel and return an order within 14 days, for any reason and without any justification as long as its in its original packaging.

Note: Medications, Foodstuff, Cosmetics and Fragile items like plates and pottery are not returnable.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

How do I Process My Returns

Step 1:

Come back to our site , scroll down to the footer of the page, under customer support, click on returns.

Step 2:

Enter your details and select the best return reason for you.

We offer solutions to help you try to fix any issues, so that you can prevent the stress of returns and also keep the love of the thing you have bought. Because sometimes no return is the easiest return after all.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 

1. Book with obvious signs of use 
2. CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened 
3. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@honestysales.co.uk and send your item to: 54 Woodland Avenue,  Wolverhampton WV6 8NE.

Computer and Electronics Returns

Every computer or electronic returns will incure a 20% restocking fee, unless the item is faulty, which can be returned withiout any fee.
