This recipe is super easy to follow and can be whipped up in a matter of minutes. Get fancy with any extra garnishes you like!
- Ingredients

- 15ml Simply Raspberry Puree
- 15ml White rum
- 120ml Soda water
- 10 mint leaves, plus extra, to garnish
- 15ml Lime juice
- Crushed ice
- Whole raspberry
- Instructions

- Slap the mint leaves between your hands to release the oils.
- Place in a glass and add the raspberry puree, lime juice and rum.
- Muddle together at the bottom of the glass and top with crushed ice once done.
- Add the sparkling water and stir.
- Decorate with a raspberry for garnish.
