Gin and Tonic Mocktail
The days of alcohol-free choices being boring are long gone with our Gin and Tonic Mocktail recipe. Super refreshing and oh so delicious, this mocktail brings all the flavour you’re looking for.
You can easily make this recipe new each time simply by choosing a new non-alcoholic gin. We love using Ceder’s range to create new flavour profiles, making it perfect for those wanting a bright and fresh option or something a bit more spiced.
Once you’ve customised this drink to your preferences, don’t be scared to get creative with garnishes. For a classic G&T flavour, we recommend a wedge of lime and fresh cucumber slices or ribbons. If you prefer something sweeter, a slice of grapefruit plus pomegranate seeds will truly hit the spot.

- 2 shots (50ml) Non-alcoholic gin
- 1 pump (7.5ml) Simply Lime Syrup
- 100ml tonic water
- Ice
- Instructions

- Fill a glass with ice and pour in your non-alcoholic gin and lime syrup.
- Top with tonic water and stir.
- Garnish with fresh cucumber slices or herbs if desired.
