- 1 pump (7.5ml) Simply Vanilla Syrup
- 25ml Simply Passion Fruit Puree
- 150ml Apple juice
- 15ml Lime juice
- Ice
- Passion fruit halve
- Instructions

- Add in your apple juice, passion fruit puree, lime juice and vanilla syrup in a shaker with ice.
- Shake well over your shoulder to create the ideal foamy top.
- Fine strain into a coupe or martini glass.
- Garnish with the passion fruit halve.
